ABOUT ME
Kate is a Choreographer, Director, Performer, writer, facilitator and all round creative being! Grass roots Yorkshire, to then complete her training at Trinity Laban, her work echoes her love of movement, theatre and collaboration. Invited to make, facilitate, produce or curate from scratch. Seizing the opportunity to create, conjuring up the next project, role or happening. ‘It’s simply how I’m wired’. A constant flow of ideas, concepts and visions, ready to bring to life.
THE STAGE & SCREEN
Kate has been commissioned to choreograph, direct, write, rehearse & refine movement for both stage, screen, location and site, and has seen her own company through several tours. Has performed and toured both nationally and internationally in a both a physical, theatrical and cross art form context.
Kate has always been driven and passionate to inspire, and works extensively within the community and outreach sector. Forging enriching opportunities.
Through her craft, and journey of experiences both on and off stage, midst happenings or simply holding, Kate believes movement and creativity connects on all levels . It positively impacts our lives as a passenger, witnessing, or embodying its wonder. It Ignites and supports change.
